It is a device that separates the baked bread from the pan. It must be design based on the shape of the bread/pan
and bread type.

When the separation process is applied, the separated breads must be aligned and sent to the cooling line.
Therefore, bread alignment process must be reviewed before applying process.

The design must consider panĄŻs shape, material, size and production speed. Empty pans will be transported to
a separate transfer conveyor.
