The oven¡¯s belt type is determined by weather the bread is baked
after being placed on a pan or being placed
on the oven floor.
The dough¡¯s bread type, size and thickness will determine the
temperature and baking time
of the baking oven.
The baking time and baking per hour will determine the size
of the oven (length, width)
The oven is divided into several sections and each section¡¯s
temperature may be adjusted.
Heating must be done evenly through out the sections.
The oven must be set based on the operation condition (temperature,
belt speed) of the bread type.
The oven will be automatically operated after the set program.
The baking capacity of the tunnel oven must be synchronized
with the speed of the general manufacturing line.
Steam spray function must be installed in the oven in order
to bake baguettes.
Since the used fuel type determines the burner specifications,
fuels must be chosen during the design process.
